Dinshaw is a Family Law specialist accredited by Resolution (formally the Solicitors Family Law Association) in advanced financial provision and advocacy. He has practiced as a Family Lawyer for the last 17 years and has experienced big money cases of complexity involving businesses, trusts, farms, and pensions as well as all matters relating to children. His life experience, he believes, is integral in his ability to help his clients on relationship breakdown. In addition, Dinshaw is a Resolution Accredited Collaborative Lawyer, has a wide experience in matters relating to and associated with relationship breakdowns, and regularly deals with claims involving cohabitees, their property and associated wealth. Surrogacy is a relatively new area in which legal advice is sought and he has already built a sound base of expertise in this field.
