Nick was admitted to the roll in 1987, and is the Principal in charge of Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with a variety of litigious matters including contractual and property disputes, landlord and tenant, company law disputes, employment, debt collection and general civil and commercial litigation on behalf of both commercial and private clients. Nick is an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. Nick has recently been appointed as a lawyer Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal.

Nick is married with two children (and four dogs). In his spare time he is an enthusiastic tennis player and a Southampton Football Club season ticket holder.
