Philip Salt
Philip qualified in 2002 and has been working in and around the New Forest his whole life. Growing up in the area, Philip attended Arnewood School, Brockenhurst College and undertook his degree at the University of Southampton. He works in the conveyancing department dealing with all aspects of commercial agricultural and residential conveyancing. Philip has a wide range of experience with all property related matters whether it is the sale of a studio flat or the purchase of a stately home! He can offer advice on commercial and agricultural matters such wide and varied subjects as the sale and acquisition of business premises, interpretation of lease provisions, leasehold enfranchisement, or single farm payment supplements.
Philip's interests include his garden, painting and baking. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of New Milton and helps various local community groups.
