Ian Davis

Ian, having trained and practised in the City, has been a member of the Firm since 1983. He is a Principal with the Firm. He specialises in country and equestrian properties, commercial conveyancing, licensing, planning and small business acquisition and disposal.
He continues to maintain interest in country sports.

Anna Feast

Anna works in the Litigation department and undertakes a variety of litigation work. She qualified as a solicitor in February, 2008 having completed her training contract with Scott Bailey. Anna has strong links with the area having attended Priestlands School, Brockenhurst College and Bournemouth University.

Suzanne Sutherland

Suzanne is Principal in charge of the Family Law Department. She is an accredited member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is an advanced member of the Law Society Family Panel. She has been a specialist family lawyer for over 30 years. She is a trained Family Mediator and a Collaborative Lawyer and is committed to a constructive approach in all matters regarding relationship breakdown. Nick Jutton

Nick is Principal in charge of Civil Litigation. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with a variety of litigious matters including contractual and property disputes, landlord and tenant, company law disputes, employment, debt collection and general civil and commercial litigation on behalf of both commercial and private clients. Nick is an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Sarah Unsworth

Sarah is a Family Law specialist. She has particular experience in financial aspects of family breakdown and children matters, including those with an international aspect. Sarah is an accredited member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel. She has also passed specialist examinations in advanced financial provision and children matters with 'Resolution'. Sarah has now trained as a Collaborative Lawyer committed to resolving disputes without court involvement. She enjoys sailing and running.

Dinshaw is Family Law specialist accredited by Resolution (formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association) in advanced financial provision. He has practised as a family lawyer for the last 15 years and has experience of big money cases and cases of complexity involving businesses, companies, trusts and pensions. In addition Dinshaw has a wide experience in matters relating to contested wills and claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritence Act.

James Burford

Joining the firm as a trainee solicitor back in 2000, James is now a Principal at Scott Bailey specialising in residential conveyancing. He has strong links with the local area and attended Priestlands School, Brockenhurst College and the University of Southampton. James graduated from the College of Law in July 2000 with a Distinction. In his spare time he is a proud Dad to little Sam, and is a vociferous supporter of Reading Football Club.

Barbara Robins

Barbara specialises in Wills (including inheritance Tax Planning), Probate and advising the elderly. She has worked in this field for over twenty years and joined Scott Bailey in July 2003. Barbara is a member of the Law Society Probate Section and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Lloyd Thomas

Working alongside solicitor Barbara Robins, Lloyd brings his experience in the administration of Estates and Inheritance Tax planning to Scott Bailey. Lloyd studied Law at Exeter University in the area of wills and Probate.
A keen musician in his free time, Lloyd plays both acoustic and electric guitars and keeps fit by playing five a side football once a week.

Pamela Francis
