We are looking to build on the growth we’ve experienced in our company and commercial, litigation and commercial property departments, with the addition of experienced employment law advisors. You will have good experience acting for a professional client base, with time spent supporting senior HR professionals in large organisations, and / or owner-managed businesses. You will have excellent knowledge of all areas of employment law and a practical approach to resolving work placed challenges. If you are happy to do your own advocacy, that’s fine – but not a necessity.
We are not concerned with titles, but more about the person, ability, enthusiasm, and what you bring to the team. So, whether you are a solicitor, barrister, CILEX Lawyer, or a qualified HR executive, we would love to speak to you.
We are planning to build this service offering, so an individual with a vision and the ability (and enthusiasm!) to add to our business development efforts would be a great addition to our ambitious team.
The role would be suitable to someone looking for a full or part-time position. Whilst we are mostly office based (because our team likes being here…), we do offer flexible working where appropriate. If you know Lymington and the New Forest, though, you will know why we love being office based.
