Company and Commercial Paralegal

We are looking for a paralegal to join our expanding company and commercial team in Lymington, Hampshire.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within corporate, commercial, and / or commercial property law. However, specific experience is not essential, and paralegals with backgrounds in other areas of law, and a genuine desire and drive to develop, will be considered.

In this role you will support the company and commercial team, with the aim of growing the already busy department whilst providing an exceptional service to our clients.

This role is varied and challenging, assisting with a busy caseload ranging from drafting general terms and conditions to business sales and purchases. Your role will include liaising with clients and third parties, preparation of documents and filings, research, general administration, attending meetings, and taking notes. Training will be provided, and there is considerable opportunity to progress for the right candidate.

Company and Commercial NQ

We are looking for a newly qualified Solicitor to join our expanding company and commercial team in Lymington, Hampshire.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience within corporate, commercial, and / or commercial property departments during their training seats and / or paralegal roles. However, specific experience is not essential and solicitors with backgrounds in other areas of law, and a genuine desire and drive to develop, will be considered.

In this role you will be an active part of the company and commercial team from the start, with the aim of growing the already busy department whilst still providing an exceptional service to our clients.

This role is varied and challenging, and you will be handling your own caseload and getting involved with business development, as well as supporting the team with larger or more complex projects. The department acts for SME clients and entrepreneurs across the region in industries ranging from healthcare providers to defence contractors, and advises on a whole host of business matters including terms and conditions and IP licenses, restructures, joint ventures, and sales and purchases to list a few.

Ongoing training and career support will be provided, and there is considerable opportunity to progress for the right candidate.
