Direct access to your solicitor

From the very beginning we work to build trust. You will deal directly with the solicitor handling your case, so you always know who to turn to and are never passed from person to person. Your solicitor will have a deep understanding of your case and be by your side every step of the way. We make every effort to be available when you need us. If we are not able to speak immediately, we will arrange a convenient time to talk or respond to your query as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours, so you are never left feeling uncertain.

Honest advice to help you prepare for the future

With a longstanding reputation for excellence, our solicitors are trusted by clients and respected throughout the legal community. We always provide honest, straightforward advice and set realistic expectations based on our years of experience, ensuring you have the information you need to make informed decisions about your future. This approach helps clients avoid expensive mistakes, feel in control and achieve the best possible outcome, without unnecessary costs or delay.

Options for every situation

We offer a wide range of non-court-based resolution options, including mediation, collaborative law, arbitration, and Resolution Together – One Couple One Lawyer. These approaches can reduce conflict, lower costs and help resolve matters quickly, particularly where both parties are open to finding a constructive way forward.

Amongst our team, we have qualified Law Society accredited mediators, Resolution Together trained solicitors, collaborative law specialists, and Hampshire Family Law Solutions (HFLS) members, allowing us to offer clients real choice. If court is necessary, our specialist divorce and separation solicitors have the skill and experience to firmly protect your interests.

Alternative Dispute Resolution for Divorce and Separation

Whilst not every case is suitable, alternative dispute resolution is often quicker and less expensive than going to court. Where appropriate, we will work with you to resolve matters constructively, whether through mediation, collaborative law, or innovative new approaches like Resolution Together. Rest assured, however, if legal proceedings are necessary, our team will act decisively to protect your interests through the court.
