Charlotte Millard is a senior associate solicitor and accredited hybrid mediator in the Family team. 

She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 after studying for an MA in Law at Exeter College, University of Oxford and achieving a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. 

Charlotte qualified as a mediator in 2012 and became accredited in 2022. She is passionate about helping clients find practical, constructive solutions during what can be a very difficult time, always aiming to minimise conflict and achieve the best possible outcomes, particularly where children are involved. 

She supports clients through all stages of divorce and separation, assisting with negotiations, financial arrangements and court proceedings where necessary. She also advises on disputes involving children and provides representation at court when required. 

In addition, Charlotte advises on cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements and, as an Accredited Hybrid Mediator, can guide clients through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution options. 

She understands how stressful and overwhelming relationship breakdowns can be and takes pride in offering clear, supportive and tailored advice. Charlotte works closely with her clients to help them navigate uncertainty in a calm and cost-effective way. 

Charlotte is a member of Resolution, sits on the committees for Hampshire and Dorset Resolution, and is a member of the Family Mediation Council.

Charlotte Millard
