The principle difference from the usual approach is that all discussions take place at face to face meetings. The aim is to help the couple to create shared and lasting solutions which will work for all the family. If there are children involved then their needs will always be at the heart of the discussions.
Once a settlement is reached then your collaborative lawyer can convert this into a legally binding form.
