Scott Bailey LLP is looking to grow our dispute resolution team. We are recruiting a Solicitor or Legal Executive Lawyer to handle matters such as, property litigation, boundary disputes, leaseholder disputes and breach of contract. This is a great opportunity be part of a fantastic team, and work with quality clients in a lovely part of the world. The ideal candidate would be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years of PQE preferably in property litigation, although this is not a dealbreaker as we are more about the person and potential.

Scott Bailey LLP’s litigation team handles pre and post-litigation work, including small and large losses, and fast and multi-track claims on matters ranging from debt recovery and property possession work to defective motor yachts and shareholder disputes.

Preferred experience and skills
- Ideally, 4+ years of relevant litigation experience (preferably in property litigation)
- Strong billing record
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Self-starter
- Excellent manner with clients
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
- Previous client contact
- Experience of negotiation
