Merrin is a conveyancing executive with experience working on a variety of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, first registrations, and commercial leases.
Since joining the conveyancing team at Scott Bailey in 2013, Merrin has amassed many years of experience spanning the administrative and legal aspects of conveyancing. She is currently training to become a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in commercial property.
Merrin is efficient and organised, taking a pro-active approach when helping clients to achieve their goals.
