In 2022, the New Forest Women in Business group was founded by Scott Bailey, and two years later we continue to regularly organise events to support professional women, entrepreneurs, and their growing businesses. 

Following the pandemic, the need to support one another locally became extremely apparent. With many entrepreneurs worried about the future of their business, we saw many locals supporting each other in ways that were inspiring. It was this resilience during a difficult time that drove us to launch the Women in Business group.

No matter what your business, our meetings are a great opportunity to share advice and experiences with one another that will leave you feeling inspired. We are delighted to provide a regular occasion where a group of positive, motivated professionals and business women are together in one room sharing their successes, their problems, and supporting each other.

It is the perfect place to promote your business and form lasting relationships with others locally, learn from one another and celebrate your achievements. It isn’t often that we take the time to look back at how far we have come and all that we have achieved, at the Women in Business meetings we want to celebrate each of you!

At Scott Bailey, we are extremely proud to support this growing group and we are thrilled to say that the success means we are now consistently meeting once a month. Whether it’s for a coffee in the morning, an hour or two for lunch, or a drink after work, the attendees at our catch-ups increase at each event held. We always meet locally and support our community’s café’s, restaurants, or the local sailing clubs by hosting at their spaces. We’ve also created a sizeable LinkedIn group should anyone have offers or news to promote.
