Daniel is a Chartered Legal executive. He specialises in buying and selling all types of property both freehold and leasehold. He has particular expertise in dealing with new build development work. Daniel also advises on a wide range of other property matters such as bank security, transfers of equity, deeds of variation and equity release.
Daniel has been connected with the area for many years. He obtained his Master degree in Law at Southampton in 2010 and has since been working locally.
