Lyn has worked in HR for 29 years, gaining experience across just about every area – from employee relations, reward and recognition, training & development, compensation & benefits, organisational development and much more. She’s held both management and senior roles in the public and corporate sectors, and over the years, she’s learned what really works when it comes to supporting people at work.
Before joining Scott Bailey in January 2025, she ran her own HR consultancy, working closely with small businesses to provide practical, no-nonsense advice and support. During that time, she also had the opportunity to work with Scott Bailey as a client and was drawn to the culture, values, and ethos of the team. So, when the chance came to join the Firm more formally, she was genuinely excited to come on board.
She’s passionate about creating workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and able to do their best, bringing a friendly, flexible, and grounded approach based on real-world experience.
