Lyn Burley works within the HR function at Scott Bailey LLP.
She has worked in HR for 29 years, gaining experience across a wide range of areas including employee relations, reward and recognition, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organisational development.
She has held both management and senior roles in the public and corporate sectors, developing a strong understanding of what works when it comes to supporting people in the workplace.
Before joining Scott Bailey in January 2025, Lyn ran her own HR consultancy, working closely with small businesses to provide practical, no-nonsense advice and support. During that time, she also worked with Scott Bailey as a client and was drawn to the culture, values and ethos of the team.
She is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best, bringing a friendly, flexible and grounded approach based on real-world experience.
