Rebecca has considerable experience in all areas of private client work. Her expertise includes the drafting of wills whether simple or complex and the preparation of trusts and lasting powers of attorney. She also has extensive experience in estate administration both in cases where there is a will or an intestacy. This includes advising executors in respect of potential disputes alongside her litigation colleagues so as to provide a cohesive approach.

Rebecca provides practical advice as to whether probate is necessary and offers a range of services to assist.

Rebecca also has a particular interest in advising the elderly, dealing with matters relating to the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian.

She is a member of the Private Client section of the Law Society.
