Danielle is an experienced associate solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, Danielle joined the private client team at Scott Bailey LLP in July 2024 and regularly advises clients on Will drafting, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and estate administration.
Danielle obtained her Law Degree and postgraduate qualification, the Legal Practice Course, at the University of Glamorgan. She completed her training contract in New Milton and Highcliffe, before undertaking her Professional Skills Course at Bournemouth University.
Danielle is a member of the Bournemouth and District Law Society, Dementia Friends (an Alzheimer’s Society initiative), The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, and is a full STEP member. In 2025, Danielle also peer reviewed content for STEP.
