Deborah is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team and is a full member of STEP, which recognises specialist knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.
Her clients range from those wishing to make wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to those acting in Executor, Trustee and Attorney roles.
Deborah advises on lifetime estate planning including care fees and tax planning, estate administration and trust creation and administration. Deborah also has specific experience with wills and estates with foreign elements, business and agricultural assets and potential disputes.
