James Burford is a Partner and Head of the Property team at Scott Bailey LLP.
He specialises in buying and selling all types of residential property wherever it may be situated around the country. He also advises on matters such as deeds of variation, deeds of easement and other areas of property law. In addition, James assists the family team in implementing court orders and is responsible for renewing the firm’s yearly CQS accreditation.
James qualified as a solicitor in 2002, after studying at the University of Southampton and the Guildford College of Law.
