For Barbara, the decision to downsize was driven by the desire for a more manageable home and a welcoming community. The bungalow and garden she was living in previously required continual maintenance, and with family living nearby, and shops and cafes on the doorstep, the new Lyndhurst Park development seemed like the perfect choice.
