“Too many divorces end up in court” says Head of Family Courts

It has been recognised by the head of the family court system; Sir Andrew McFarlane, that one fifth of divorces are wrongly ending up in court. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy department based at our office in Lymington. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge within the area of law, ideally having gained 2-5 years post qualification experience. Other levels of PQE will be considered for the right candidate. The role would suit candidates who are able to run a case load unsupervised, but who are at a stage in their career where they may want to gain further knowledge in order to continue their development.
